Hello there, I want to share my personal experience about Kuda Bank App giving login errors with you. The app denying you access to your account is mostly caused by server down time, and this usually happen during the weekend.
When I realised that the server down time usually happens during the weekend, I contacted Kuda Bank customer care via email: help@kuda.com and wrote aggressively to express my feeling disappointing me always in the weekends when I'm supposed to pay for goods and services. I will be left stranded and had to borrow from Friends or Family to sustain the weekend.
However, since I realized I can't login to my Kuda Bank Account during the weekends, I split my money to different fintech app like PalmPay and OPay to avoid being stranded when Kuda started its drama.
Another reasons why you might not be able to login to your Kuda Account is low internet connection. If you're having low internet coverage, your Kuda app might not open. Infact, if you don't have enough data megabytes to access the all, the app might not open.
Furthermore, Kuda might have block your account due to policy violation. If this happens, you will not be able to login to your account. In this case, you will need to contact Kuda Bank customer care service to know why your account was restricted and possible solution.
Solutions
When Kuda get back to me, they apologized for the inconvenience the issue had caused me. They further suggested a solution for me. They said, "please, restart your device and try to sign in to your app again to transact on your account."
Alternatively, you may sign in to the web app at http://app.kuda.com/ to transact on your account if you the app is still not working.
If you're being denied to access your Kuda Account due to low internet coverage or insufficient data balance, it's better to reload your data bundles and move to well ventilated area to get broader internet connection.
However, if this issue persist, don't hesitate to contact Kuda customer care to get direct support. My issue might be different from yours. So, try out these solutions and if it doesn't work, contact Kuda directly.
